I had arm and shoulder pain from a fall. After an Xray I was advised that a cortozone shot would probably eleviate the pain in about 4 weeks. After 4 weeks,the arm and shoulder pain was gone, but I still had a pretty stiff neck.. He told me to wait 4 more weeks and that would probably go away. He said I was compensating for my should immobility with my neck muscles. Sure enough after 4 weeks I felt great. I really appreciate the surgery isn't the only option attitude and his bedside manner. Overall a very satisfying experienc.
